Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please contact
our customer support team at customercare@nyuboon.com. In such cases, the order will
be cancelled, and the refund will be processed within 7 business days after the
cancellation request has been acknowledged. Orders that have already been shipped
cannot be cancelled.
Refund Policy
NyuBoon will not accept any returns or initiate any refunds on product purchases unless:
● Damaged in Transit: Returns will only be accepted for products damaged during
transit.
● Physical Defects: Returns will be accepted for products with physical defects.
● Incorrect Product: Returns will be accepted if an incorrect product was shipped.

To request a return, please email photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product to
customercare@nyuboon.com within the stipulated time.
Should you wish to return all or part of your order, you need to inform us within 48 hours of
receiving the products by writing to customercare@nyuboon.com. Returns will not be
accepted if the product has been used, the seal has been broken, or the serial number has
been tampered with. Upon receipt of the returned product, NyuBoon will inspect and
validate the claim.
Refunds will not be issued if:
● The product returned is noticeably damaged or tampered with.
● The shipping address provided while placing the order is incorrect.
● You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.
● You do not comply with the return policy stated above.

Once approved as an eligible return, a refund or replacement will be issued. If the product
is found to be ineligible for return, it will be couriered 10 working days.
If you made an online payment, we will refund the amount back in the original source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc) within 7 working days of receiving the request from you.
For COD orders, we will refund the amount to your bank account within 14 working days of requesting a refund.
